During my xmas stay, I appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location as it was close to several shopping centers and popular tourist attractions. the hotel's room had a comfortable bed and a clean toilet. the staff also provided excellent room service, ensuring that our requests were promptly attended to.

My experience was dampened by the unfriendly front desk staff who made us feel unwelcome. the hotel did not provide adequate parking spaces , which made it difficult to park our car during peak hours.
